Finally finished the sunroof delete project, wasn't that bad... should have done it sooner.

Found exhaust leak, rebuilt starter to get rid of the stupid grinding noise, deleted the dead cruise unit, installed new shifter foam. Plan on raising the rear eccentrics today and figure out something with the exhaust leak (wastegate outlet pipe to main exhaust connection), i think it is missing an exhaust donut or something.

For next week: Install and test the full data acquisition capabilities of my Race Technology DL90 GPS unit (have not yet tried rpm and two analog inputs).

Just received my hand held controller back from Link. Went to use it and it doesn’t work. Next step is to pull the MAP Link system out to be checked (I understand why people are putting their MAP systems on Ebay.)

Changed the fuel line from the rail to the damper. Once off I can see problems in it (inside of the bend). Thanks for the warning it was just a matter of time before I had a fuel fire due to it.

I also pulled the intercooler out this weekend and cleaned it . Total time spent was approximately two hours (including beer run) I didn’t have to take off the nose. Lots of crap came out of intercooler: however, no bugs. This job was certainly overdue. I can’t really feel a difference in performance.

Joel is sending me his old door panels. I am ordering new interior rugs

My new parts are coming in soon:

3 inch downpipe / 3 inch turbo back exhaust
Dual Port Wastegate / Billet BOV and a few other goodies

Can't wait to see how my Porsche behaves

This coming weekend I will be putting back all the body panels, the front sway bar, and will give the car a good wash and vac. Will then call it a day and start working on changing the front rotors and pads on my 964.
