J Chen,
Here is a wav file I just took inside the car with the baffle in. The idle does not really sound at all, its not that audible. The first sound you hear is me revving to 2K, then to red line. You can get my dyno video for the baffle out noise... oh and I have a 3" cat back and no other exhuast mods.

with or without cat ? Lastly with baffle installed,
is there a performance lost, hp, turbo spool up ?

I don't see why everyone wants huge exhaust tips. I'm not trying to flame anyone, but your everyday ricer has a 5 and sometimes 6 inch exhaust tip. I personally think my 4 inch tip is too big.

Why more than the pipe size! That woould make 2.25 on that system?
