Love mine. The action on it is real easy - not like some crazy leg-press for one leg type of clutch. I assume you are talking about their modified stock clutch, not the dual friction model. Most prices for the dual friction models seem to hover around 1K. Make sure you know which one your getting. I use their modded stock clutch.

I echo Matt. Love it. My Centerforce easily clamps down on my 350rwhp, with less pedal effort than a stock clutch. In Northern California rush hour traffic, pedal effort is as much a consideration as clamping power.

Centerforce makes really good clutches but for the 951 there expensive as hell. Probably the reason most people go with different makers for a clutch replacement since soem are about half the cost of a Centerforce. Im sure Centerforce unit probably lasts longer but alot of peopel dont have $1K for a clutch and thats not including teh install.

Well i had a centerforce dual friction in my talon.. broke it in for 600 miles... as i was on a new trans at the same time... 1 GOOD drag launch on it(1.75 60')... after a few times at the track.. it just felt plain ****ty... I will never buy another centerforce clutch again... hopefully the ones for the 951 are better then the ones for the DSM...

Shamless plug but...
I've got a brand new 951 Dual Friction Centerforce clutch for sale. $875.00
I'm not confident it'll stand up to the output of my 3.0L, so I'm lookin' to sell.
It comes with a modified cup clutch disc that has separate pucks on one side and a solid face on the other - hence the name dual friction.
Centerforce dealer told me this is a great street clutch for commonly modded 951's - offering greater clamping force without increasing pedal effort. I was advised that it's not a good choice if you're looking for a drag racing style clutch.

The disc is sandwiched between the layers of cardboard and paper. You can see an outline of the center of the dics through the paper. I really don't want to take the packaging apart - sorry. It's just a cup disc with a modified segmented puck face on one side and solid face on the other.

The kep is good to 600 ft/lbs and the pedal effort is not that much different. The diaphragm forks are about twice as wide as the centerforce ones.
$600 and 3.75 pounds lighter, also.
But I would get the centerforce for a non-modified car.
