Since Danno is not replying to e-mails, PM or phone calls and owes me working products or money back I am leaning towards doing the same thing. I hate when people lie me in the face like Danno did.

David B., while I should probably stay out of this mess I can tell you you have a snowball's chance in hell of getting any help from a USA sheriff's department over a $300 dispute. Police in the USA like the hot pursuit aspect of running people to ground and, for the most part, run away from financial monkey business. This is starting to change a little with widespread identity theft and terror funding, but not much.

And reporting him to the IRS is certainly not going to help you out other than revenge. If you thought he was having financial problems in the first place, wait till the IRS gets done with him.

It is a shame Danno can't get these issues resolved and make you happy.

Well I finally got the order today, so maybe there's hope for anybody else that has an outstanding order.

Now I've just got to get the chips installed and see how well they work.

Got the chips installed and they definitely seem to run great. I haven't got the new spark plugs (one range colder) in yet, so I'm limiting it to 15.5psi with my EBC, but even at that it is a definite noticeable improvement.

He can do whatever he wants but he also has to live with the consequences. People like us who put money in stupid modifications for cars should be a bit more relaxed. Also if I would be the judge I would ask him what he has done to avoid this as this about the 10th Danno thread in the last 2 years. If people are still ordering from him and prepaying before delivery they must really be out of their minds. What did he expect? Maybe it's a justification for his girlfriend, maybe just revenge, but claiming that he didn't know is a total joke. Like jumping off a bridge in New York city during winter time and expecting sunny California beach conditions.
