Default Vitesse Chip set

I'm thinking of selling my Vitesse chip set.
Would there be any interest in them??
I purchased them last fall.
They are for the K26/8 turbo.

Is it a 24 or 28 pin set? PM I'm interested if Anders doesn't take them.

If only the company I have already bought and paid stuff from could get them to work and could keep their promises I wouldn't have to shop around for new stuff again this season... What does it take from a Rennlist sponsor who does a lot of direct marketing here anyway. Is it really ok to accept someones money and then stop communicating but keep posting here and in OT?

Anders
Try Vitesse, you will be surprised with the level of quality and customer service.
Once you give them a try you will never go back.

sweanders.........
Take the $$$ and run. Same thing happened to me. I expected MUCH more from a Site Sponsor too!!

Live & learn.

Being in sales & marketing, I sleep very well at night and I'm able to look at myself in the mirror when I get up in the morning. I promote quality products that function as represented. Also, I take great pride in keeping my commitments to my customers. If I say I going to do something I do it...........it's a VERY simple premice, my customers appreciate it and it speaks volumes about one's moral character & values!

Guys, I read these and just chuckle at this point. Anyone who buys from Guru at this point knows the risks of doing business with him yet after they get burned they are acting shocked. Don't take this the wrong way guys but I first posted about this TWO YEARS ago. Since then there have been no less then 25 threads about this and plenty of Rennlisters burned. My question is why in the hell, knowing what you knew, did you buy from him? He's burnt a couple business partners, plenty of rennlisters, and while you're wondering where your stuff is that you paid for, he's spent your cash on his rent and is posting in the grid girls thread essentially laughing at you. Was is because 10 or so guys chimes in with "Danno is a great guy because he helped me change my oil pan gasket"? It's not like he has 200 satisfied customers and 2 people bitching. It's almost like 50/50 depending what issues he has going on in his life that week. A few I could understand but when it's 20 or 30 paid members someone has to raise an eyebrow. It seems like an awful lot of drama to save $50 huh? Can anyone here honestly say that they had no idea that this could have happened? How many times have you heard that some paid and didn't get there stuff, they installed the items and they didn't work, or someone was lied to about something being in stock so it would ship tomorrow?

My real question is when is enough going to be enough? When will some of you that got burnt by him going to have the ***** to petition John D. to remove his sponsorship and disallow him from slinging his products on this board? If John D. is true to his word about selecting the "best sponsors for the membership" then you should get somewhere. Until then, I can't feel sorry for anyone who gets burned by him. If you're afraid of pissing the guru off and don't want where he advertises, PM me and I'll collect the info and pass it on. I have no need for a 5 page incorrect plagiarized dissertation on head studs and don't need tech advice on a level that he is competent to answer so I couldn't care less if he doesn't like me. There are PLENTY of other non-self proclaiming guru's out there that actually have original thoughts, ideas, and are correct in their advice that will give you steer you in the right direction when you need it. TT, Chris P, Chris W, Vitesse, Tomas ...........Just to name a few.

Glad to hear it. Now if everyone who was burnt by him would do the same you might see some changes.

I am out nothing more than my own stupidity. I posted a thread and several people were interested in hosting some of the review info.

https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-944-951-968-forum/163813-special-porsche-swap-meet-find-today-the-price-was-right.html

Through PM onnaD offered to scan an original 1982 Car and Driver magazine with the 1st 944 review and post it to his site. I sent the magazine to onnaD safely packaged with a return address mailer in early November. I have emailed him 4 times now with no response and 'reminded' him in person at the Bay Area Pizza Run in November. I guess I should count my blessings I'm only out a rare magazine; others are less fortunate for sure in a dollar sense. I just think it truly sad that such a talented person can run his life this way and ignore obligations and common professional courtesies.
