Question How thick is a new clutch disk?

I have the clutch disc out of the car. I measured it at .375 thousands. How worn is this disc. I know the wear can be determined by measuring the distance of the clutch rod from the end of the hole in the bell housing, but it is too late for that now. I need to know the actual thickness of a new disc.

The spec isn't for total thickness due to the wave spring center of it (there's a technical term but I forget the word), but for distance from rivet to friction surface on each side. The relevant measurement (pic of the diagram) in the factory manual has been posted on here, do a search for clutch wear to find it.
