Joe,
Very impressive. Very impressive turbo, especially considering its lag characteristics. I'll see for myself when i come out for a week.
John,
Very impressive! You are starting to build quite a reputation, and it looks like for good reason.

My goal is to satisfy 100% of the customers.. I know it's impossible tomake evryone happy, but I can try.. We need goals, and why not aim for the best?

Thanks... I do understand what you mean.

Have you ever thought about performing your magic on turbos for non-Porsches?

Kit on the way

Porsche is my passion. I'm looking at a turbo for the 911.. After that, I'm itching for a turbo 986...
Now taking the time is tough...

I think a Vitesse TT'd Boxster would be an absolute blast to drive.

Turboing the 986 is an interesting concept. The 986S's performance was so close the 996C2 that I think it was similar to the competition between the 951S and the 930. They easily could have made the 951S faster but that would have been bad for business.

A turbo'd 986 would be a monster. If only they had made a coupe version!

Oh yeah, can I get a tracking number for that free kit? Oh you probably need my address first...

"That's the difference between a chef & a great chef."

I thought the difference was the amount of spit one does, or hopefully doesn't, add to his saute pan? Sheesh, somethin new everyday.

Joe's right about the Ricey stage 4 name. Cant you just cahnge the name to big *** turbo option 4 or something. You do everything else differently from the others, take the leap John.
How bout "Mega Boostier 4" or "Gonna Pull You SuKKA #4", or "Pull Over My Head is back there on the Road # 4". Perhaps "This really Sucks...AND BLOWS! #4"....well maybe not that one. But , you get the idea.

Good luck Joe. This things going to be a beast!

Hmm...I wonder if you also modified the hot housing then....not just the turbine... (this is just as fun as Trivial Pursuit )

John, consider doing a 3.4L swap rather than a Turbo conversion. Of the ones commercially available none of the turbo kits make a lot more power than the 3.4 swap and it is pretty much direct bolt it. If my 951 were finished that is what I would be working on now. It is probably my next project, in fact.

Somehow I thought you were going to waste the time/effort to turbo the 2.5L. Dont know why...but that was my thought. A 3.4L T would be a great car. Hell a 3.4L non turbo is a great car, the way they should have built them to begin with! Now, if only I could weld a roof on!

Just wait for someone to wreck a coupe with minimal damage and pick that up. Carbon widebody anyone?
