You will need:

- Bellhousing, flywheel with starter ring (teeth count different on 951 and 944).
- Wiring harness DME & KLR.

Notes:
- You can use the 944 DME & Harness with custom chip. But you will not have knock control.
- You can use 944 starter ringand bellhousing, you will need custom chips reprogrammed for # teeth on starter ring (if you use 951 DME/KLR) or just a 944 DME as above. 951 clutch is larger and takes more abuse so using 944 parts may not be a good move.

Unless it's an S2, you will need to make arrangements for the intercooler. You'll need the complete turbo motor with accessories still attached, like tiny turbo thermostat, turbo aux water pump, intake, exhaust, i/c, pipes, etc. Unless you have or find a donor 951 for the conversion, I suspect the parts cost will well exceed the cost of selling the 944 and buying a 951. If you want a sleeper, it would probably be easier and cheaper to pick up a decent 951 for $8k or so, and put the 944 bumpers and badges on it. That way you'd have the whole package too, with brakes and suspension. However, far (far far) be it from me for picking on anybody from spending unwarranted money on a 944.
