I need a new batwing, but I really dont want to go with a splitter or anything. Dealer says he can get it, but its $520! I was wondering if any of the aftermarket manufacturers make any kind of stock replacement for the batwing. Mine is screwed up, I have to ziptie the bellypan to it in order for it to say up...

I'll take a swing at this one. The dealer, Brumos, actually quoted me 600.00 for a new one, AND looked at me with a stait face. It will take time and persistance, but I just found one on ebay for 50.00. There are plenty of them out there, and they come in all types of condition. You can try http://www.partsheaven.com/pages/used_parts.htmle, http://www.944online.com/, Ebay, and the Rennlist classifieds. All that said, I'll bet you that someone sees this post, and offers to sell you one. Good Luck. E

yep. Got one that has a small crack in it at one of the little U shapes underneath. all mounting holes are good. Any epoxy repair kit at an auto store will have this one good as new. $70 + ship.

BTW bonestock, I just had mine shipped. DON"T even worry about UPS. It
'll be over ahundred bucks. Either use Greyhound, or Fedex. I used Fedex, and it was less than 20.00 from N.C. to Fla.
