I found this at www.turbodriven.com which appears to be a Borg Warner site. Here it talks about the turbo's used on the 911's. i found this when trying to find some data on k27's ( 3ldz's and 7200's). I have been looking to see if I can find some data to possibly bolt up the cold side of these to my k26/6. I have seen the 7200's as the preferred upgrade on the earlier 930's and also on our cars.
