Part # for intake banjo bolt sealing rings?
Anyone have the part number for the sealing rings that go on the banjo bolts for the vacuum lines coming out of the intake manifold? TIA

You mean the ones at the rear right - between the #3 and #4 runners that go to the KLR and the FPR? If so, I believe the # is N0138148 (it's a weird one), but I'm not 100% on this - someone else should look. It (strangely) doesn't show up exactly in the PET catalog. There's just a general "hollow bolt" (banjo) shown without showing where it goes. This is particularly troubling since the two "banjos" are different - the one on the intake has TWO holes for two connections as opposed to the one on the "main" banjo on the intercooler hot pipe, which has only one.
I'm not 100% but I believe the bolts are the same size though, so the sealing rings should be the same.

The bolts aren't the same size, the intake manifold bolts are much smaller in diameter.
I'd like to know as well, since I think the generic rubber o-rings I replaced mine with aren't ideal.

Actually now that I'm thinking about it I believe you're right - maybe it's the same size as the turbo water pump sensor? If so, I have the part # for that sealing ring at home. . . This is an interesting question. I have the original metal ones on my car; I can measure 'em if all else fails.

I'm going to pop over to the dealer with that part number and see how much they want for whatever it is. If it's not too much I'll just buy it and hope it's the right one.

Hrmm I also found these:
N0138074 - looks like it goes on the banjo for the FPR line
N0138072 - looks like it goes on the banjo for the KLR line
N0138074 - looks like it goes on the banjo for the FPR line
N0138072 - looks like it goes on the banjo for the KLR line

For an 89 with the two banjo bolt setup between the #3 and #4 intake runner:
Banjo bolts:
To the KLR Tubing (longer one) N90088701
To the FPR (shorter one) 911 110 899 00
Washers for the long bolt:
N0138072 superceeded to 90012311530
Washers for the short bolt:
N0138074 superceeded to 90012305030
Not sure why the two banjo bolts show different washers/seal rings, they should be the same part. They are on my cars, at least. I know that the original parts were copper rings, and the new ones are aluminum. So that is the difference between the N... part numbers and the superceeding 900... part numbers.

Do you know which would be the correct replacement part for an 86? I beleive the longer banjo bolt on the 89 cars is the same legnth as the bolt for the earlier style.
And then does anyone have the part # for the sealing ring on the intercooler pipe's banjo bolt?

N0138148 - I'm basing that on it showing up on the PET page with the turbochargers, although as stated above, it's weird since there's no location line on the exploded view drawing (the one that normally shows "this thing goes here)

Paul,
Correct. The longer bolt on an 88-89 is the same as the single bolt on the earlier manifolds. Again, I believe the seal ring should be same for either of the manifold banjo bolts, so I am not sure why 2 different part numbers show up. Im sure they are not expensive, so it may be worth ordering 3 of each to see what you get.
The part number seal rings for the intercooler pipe/cycling valve line banjo is N0138126 superceeded to 90012304330 (these are also aluminum replacements for the original copper rings).
Jeff,
The parts are in illustrations 107-20 #26 and 27, and 107-25 #36-37, and 38-39 for MY86.

I ordered four of each of the ones Oddjob mentioned, at the dealer today. They were all of about ~50¢ each. I splurged! We'll see what the differences are when they arrive. I have a feeling one will be aluminum and one will be copper.
