Default What style of 18" rims are available?

I've been searching locally and on the internet to find rims for the 951 but it seems like there's not that great a selection to choose from! The body style is great, but the phone dial rims that came stock on the car aren't all that to me. The turbo twist style looks good but I want some 18" rims to fill out the fenders. Also what is the maximum size of 18"s that will fit without rubbing the fenders?

Any replies are greatly appreciated!

Ty!

Try 2002 and later Carrera 5 spoke lightweights. If you're gonna go that big, you want the lightest wheels you can afford. BTW, They're very reasonably priced because so many are takeoffs for people upgrading looks. $1500 on up including rubber is not unheard of. Probably $2000-$2500 is more likely for ones in as new shape! Hope that helps!

P.S. It's gonna feel like you're wearing heavy workboots though...

You might try 3-piece CCW wheels. The track series is very light and John makes the offsets/widths perfect for each car. I have the 17 tracks with black centers.

I have a set of OEM 18" Turbo Twists for sale with rubber from a 02 996. The front rubber is good and rears will need to be replaced soon. There is minor surface scrapes but they are in overall good condition.

Well, what style are you looking for
I have a set of 18 inch oem take offs with tires and have about 4 more sets coming soon.
My current set are turbo twist, polished, brand new from the show room to our warehouse.
We also carry RH wheels,Hre,BBS and several other brands that fit the late offset. For the 86 it will work just as well with a spacer of course.
The problem isnt the style,it is the price.
With a proper alignment you can fit up to 285/35 with no rubbing,So long as you have new rear shocks like koni sports and the bushings are ok.
If your suspension is tired at all,you will more than likely notice rubbing on any size over 255
