If it's the same video that I think, the C4 is slower on the straights but faster on the turns, at the end the C4 wins.

He is also notoriously anti bike. In this case just having the car and bike on track together is a hazard and accounts for some of the slow lap times.

Very interesting but to be expected. I've often heard other riders claim that bikes are "more manuverable than cars". Not always so. My 944 n/a can outhandle my '99 Katana 750 on the curves any day (I've got a few good ones near here that I've been able to wind out on and see for myself). No contest. Bikes DO handle well, but not as well as a car built for handling.
And the Carrera 4S is a schweet ride. I hope to have one. . . someday. . .

I have to chime in on this though... In most cases cars will have the better lap times, but, you don't quite have the same "PUCKER" factor.
