Only problem with having bling underhood stuff for me is, cops LOVE to pop your hood and check to see whats under there. Basically anything that dosent look stock theyll start citeing you on here and then you gotta go to court to prove its all legal. Stupid CHP.

 

Simple solution to that problem is to not do anything stupid enough to warrant being pulled over.

I think the laws are different in CA, but in VA, none of the stuff I've done (aside from cat delete) is a problem with rgeards inspections (so just disregard the rejection sticker on my windshield).

 

 

Ian, how did you get that neat windscreen effect? Looks cool.

 

Not Stupid CHP, it's your own STATE REPRESENTATIVES that make up your laws; CHP and others enforce what your politicians put in place.

 

Back when I bought it, hadnt changed ANYTHING.

True that, mistake. Though, if there is anything shiny under your hood, even if it is completley legal, theyll write you up for the heck of it. Thats where i hae a problem. But, i know 2 CHP officers who are big car nuts. So they arnt all bad.
