I am VERY suspicious of that afr. Unless Danno dyno tuned your chips for about 100 runs, that curve is PERFECT. It takes a LOT of work to do that.
I am calling a HUGE bull**** on your dyno's wideband readout - their o2 is broken and they gave you a false graph.
Also - what is tracng your boost?

Oh just realzed that they only charged $35 for 3 runs??? No wonder why. I have never seen anythng under $75 for 3 runs - but they are defntely savng money on o2 equpment.

I would be a little disappointed too you should be getting close to 300 with that set up.

What does SFR rate that turbo at 300 plus at the crank?

I agree that there is something wrong with the A/F plot. It's to perfect and there should be a leaner spot at 3500 rpm or something which Danno would have dialed in to build boost.

Danno did the first setup a year ago, after that I have used my Innovate LM-1 wideband and the Power perfect unit to fine tune my car. Believe me, It took LONG freaking hours to get the a/f ratio that flat. I was monitoring my boost gauge and wideband throughout the dyno run and my boost was 17 and my a/f ratio was 11.7 -12.1 all the way in my lm-1. In the Lindsey racing instructions Dave advise me to have a 12.3 a/f under boost all the way to red line thats what I have done, is that wrong?

Lart951, Were the 2 runs in your chart for the same car on the same day? If so, why don't they overlap. The areas under the curve are too different from 3000-4500rpm. Did you start the runs at different RPMs, which could have caused the lower run (RED) not to load the engine enough.

Have you performed a compression and leak down test?? That would be my first thing to test.
Could just be a tired engine.

Yes 1ST run was in 3rd gear, the second in 4th gear.

The rod and main bearins were replaced 7 months ago also the rings.

compression test was done yesterday
compression 140 in all cyl.
leakdown #1 8% # 2 8% #3 8% #4 %6

Was leakdown done warm or cold? If warm, that's a tired engine indeed.

They did the leak down test when the engine was cold and they didn't drop any oil inside the chamber either.

I am sure of 2 things. You are running very lean and the a/f chart above is false. If you know how to read a dyno chart you can determined this without an a/f plot. Looking at run 2 the torque build
up between 3200 to 4300 rpm you will notice that your car is struggling to make torque. Notice the jagged edging. A clear indication that you are very lean. You may be as lean as 15:1 . I recommend you find a dyno with a working wide band. Don't put your trust solely on your installed WB unit or a shop that dose not have a state of the art unit in working condition. That turbo should be at 300 to 320 rwhp at that boost level.

Do you have a graph of the boost curve? you are surely loosing boost (shimmed WG), and as mentioned above, what does yoru LM-1 read compared to the dyno a/f ratio graphs?

i was making 311rwhp at 13psi with bad a/f with my sfr turbo? I wonder why u are getting such lower #'s u should be at least 300rwhp at the boost level. Over here i get good prices at dyno's runs 60 bucks for a half of hour and i got like 13 runs in at least
