I found that the blue wire that runs with the wires that go to the MAF is cut or broken or never installed.
where does that blue wire go?

hooked mine up to the coil wire (at dme) and promptly released the magic smoke. Lindsey says it doesn't go anywhere. i thought that was the wire to take in a load signal, so coil was my first guess.
