Well I found out that my car has been chipped in a previous life, when I pulled the ECU apart I found the chip read:

951 / 85-87 / 2732A
Europroducts KLR

Does anyone have opinions on the Europroducts chip? I tried a google and came up with nothing.

i used them before i bough the guru chips. They seemed to work well when the car was midly modded. Soon asi started modding bigger things they were junk. Also i never ran over 15psi with those chips either.

That's only the KLR box, which controls boost, ignition-retard and drives the boost-guage on the dash. The more important computer is the other box, the DME. This one controls the fuel & ignition.

I think if you want some mild mods they are fine. I had them in my car. http://www.eurowebparts.com/default....he/default.htm

I believe they are good for up to 15 psi. If you want to go over that boost you need different chips. I don't know if they are junk, but I think they only provide more power up to a certain point. I have a set that I don't use now because I increased my boost.

Put a WB to them you will probley fine you are very rich in the midrange, and lean at top.

I tested a set of APE stage2 chips with WB midrange was AR 9.5 to 1 than went lean-13.4 top end.
