Speedo problems
My speedometer is not registering any speed although all other gauges are functional. Also, the odometer is not reading any increase in mileage. Any one know how I can resolve this problem? Where is this speed sensor located? TIA.

I had the same problem in my Acura and your odometer will only record mileage if the speedometer is moving. To fix the problem, I simply found the speed sensor, disconnected it, brushed and cleaned it, and it functioned perfectly. I am not sure where the sensor is in the 944's but supposedly on the gearbox?

I have this problem as well, i bought a new sensor from pelican parts i think for around $45 but havent had a chance to fit it yet, did yours just stop working altogether?? mine would work sometimes and sometimes not for a while before it completely stopped
