Here are a couple recent photos I figured worth sharing...

bored on a saturday = sharpie art on the burgundy 951. It will be parted out eventually so don't complain!

And to attempt a cool photoshoot that didn't turn out as good as expected, here is the beige 951 in front of the UGA Bulldogs stadium. During the day the stadium is much more visible but I was hoping at night the lights would really brighten it up back there. Oh well.

Here's one of the two black 951's sporting the white wheels. I think these wheels have officially been on 8 different 944's I've owned. They must be ***** wheels.

Thanks! I'm not sure, maybe an hour or more. I started with just the crest and kept adding and adding because I was never totally happy with it, but overall it's not too bad. Most people see it in person and immediately think it's a big tacky vinyl decal that I stuck on there haha

Regarding a full vehicle wrap, I'm all for it!

My beige 951 is actually getting some body work repaired from a minor incident (somebody backed into it at work) so instead of using the rest of my insurance check to get that part of the car repainted, I am really leaning towards just vinyl wrapping the whole car a different color.

Post a few pics of your car if you don't mind, I'd really like to see how it turned out!

i would recommend a color thats close to the color on your car. my car is white underneath and rock chips and tears really show. its also real easy to patch it up though. ive been trying different waxes and polishes to try and make the sticker look new again. i plan on doing matte blue or matte red next time. some tricks are soapy water and a heat gun.

Sweet! I am a big fan of the rugged matte black look. And the ROH's look great as well

Did you wrap it yourself? How much hours total do you think it took? I plan on doing mine myself, it will be a first time for me so I'll probably practice on a few random spare parts before starting on the actual car.

Mine is beige now and I think I'd like to wrap the car in a highly metallic looking charcoal gray color. That shouldn't be too far off I'd think.

yes i did it myself and it was my first time too. the fenders were hard to do but all the rest was pretty easy. i took off the front bumper and rear diffuser thing and that made them much easier to wrap. i didnt do it all at once. took me about 3 days total. now that i know how to wrap it wont take as long next time. i have a friend who has a vinyl business and he gave me all his scrap pieces. so it only cost me my time really.. good luck

Whats up with parting out the first car? Looks pretty nice condition.

There's nothing really wrong with it. It has been wrecked before and some stuff, but I'm mostly parting it because A) I need to steal the engine for one of my other blown up cars, and B) selling it whole would yield me pocket lints compared to what I can make by parting it out locally. The car is loaded with problems that people would knock me down over. But I can sell the 5R trans and sport seats for as much as I paid for the whole car.
