Andrew, I am happy to write you a letter about my bad experiences with Lindsey Racing if you like to support you claims in terms of their behaviour. Also, I got an email from a guy that is looking at taking LR to court as well... maybe I can ask him if he wants to contact you for general support etc...
LR is the ONLY place I would NOT recommend people go to.

I don't want to focus on just one part of your post but in response to teh 363 kit:
That is put together by Kokeln and is a bit misleading. They named the kit "363" but then state that it requires an optional cam that is not included. ??? In reality it makes about 330-340hp but that does not explain the 230hp issue you had (did you meant to type 330?)
Outside of that minor grumble, I've always had good communications and never had problems with Lindsey.

Songzzz, it sounds like you and some of the other people ordering from overseas are having problems with broken or damaged parts. To me, this sounds more like a shipping or customs problem than LR's direct fault. I've dealt a lot with overseas shipments, and US customs has completely destroyed some of my items before. One time I even tried to file a complaint or do anything to get some sort of financial compensation, but there isn't any real way they could be held accountable (in my case at least). What type of shipping have you used? I've had great results with Fedex and speedpost. Speedpost is extremely quick and I haven't received any packages that were damaged before.

Everything I've bought from Lindsey has been exactly what I needed-and in good shape. Dave has gone out of his way to answer my questions, etc. It seems there a LOT more people with praise than people with a problem on this thread.

The Lindsey 363 kit is an interesting one. There's a local 951 here with it installed. Kit looks great. Unfortunately, it didn't last too long on the track. First time out, it blew a headgasket after 2 laps, second time out, cracked the block on lap 1.
Personally, I've never had problems with LR, shipping or product wise. I've only ordered small stuff from them though.
