Much of the fluid in the catch can is water-condensation. And if you overfill or fill oil to the upper limit it will throw out oil especially at high revs. That is my experience. Now I dont fill upp moore than in the middle of the marks and now It works great. I only have a 1-2 drops a week despite revs to 7000 and boost up to 22 psi.

One of the listers in Colorado had some made, I think I paid 35.00 and it looks good!

The lines and connectors are pretty expensive, as is the K&N... I dont think you could make one in the US for $50 to be honest. Also, most people wont realise that you need to drill out the AOS which means the turbo has to come off... keep that in mind.
