I have always had a hard time with the main belt, tensioner assembly. It would squeal every once in a while. Then a few weeks ago the tensioner broke. Yesterday it started squealing again. I looked under the car and saw the top front bolt had backed itself almost completely out. I took the tensioner and belt off to get a closer look. Come to find out the top rear mounting "ear" was broken. To make things worse, the front ear is now stripped out.

The car only has 70000 miles on it and the compressor works just fine but it looks like I am going to have to buy a new one. Does anyone have any suggestions. I found a rebuilt compressor on ebay for $220. Has anyone else had this problem?
