Todd,

Did you check your blowoff valve?

Do you have any leaks in the intake track at all?

Todd you can still have a intake leak that just opens up under boost. Check all of the rubber boots for any tears and check all of the clamps.

I had the same problem ... replace that gasket!!! You will be amazed at the boost you get. Also, retorque the intake manifold ... for some odd reason mine had developed a small leak. My wrench used the same sealing material that he uses to seat 911 heads and reinstalled and torqued the intake manifold. No more problems..
