I started looking at 951's as a car I am going to purchase. I've located a few that are in great condition(no rips or tears or signs of wear) inside. Their paint is still in great condition. They only come with small upgrades such as a chip, nothing major.

The car I was needing an opinion on, was a 951, '88 I believe with 13xxxx miles on it. Up to date maintence records(with recent head rebuild). Very well maintained, really a very nice looking car like new paint and interior.(I have pics to anyone that is willing to really help.)

How much would you pay for that car?(serious replies please )

They are all over the map. There will be people who paid $5000 for cars in good condition and those that paid $10,000 in good condition.

I paid $8500 for an $8000 car (a guy bought it while i was on the test drive then stiffed me for the extra $500) that had good interior, bad dash, 92,000 miles, two owners, all records, good tires, medium paint, 100k mile service all ready performed. 1987.

You will find people needing to sell ( i think there is one posting at this very moment on another thread) who will sell that car for $5-6500, but it's all in what needs to be done. I have had no trouble at all with my car other than a hose broke once.
