Yeah the whole front end is fiberglass. The new nose panel is from Performance Products (www.performanceproducts.com). Perry 951 has it on his car too.

 

yes i am keeping the car AT LEAST FOR NOW. Hopefully i won't have anymore problems. I just can't see myself getting rid of my car. I actually sat down and thought abou what other kind of car would i buy and guess what i came up with? Porsche and nothing else. I seriously thought about every car and everyone i didn't like things about them or everyone else had one in the town.

 

Daniel glad you arent selling it, it's worth the aggrivation for the fun at the end. I stopped by the paint booth again today, it's being shot black as we speak. I'll have it tuesday or wednesday.

 

I havent driven my 40 year old beast in nearly 6 months.......I will hopefuly have it back in around 2 weeks. I miss her.

 

I sent my roommates off with the parts and digicam today, so maybe i'll have some pics later.

 

They didn't take the digi-cam althou i told them to take it and take pics

Oh well... 1 more day... 2 at the most(if they didn't work on the weekend)

 

Wes I get mine tuesday! We should have a party for all of us getting our 944's back together? haha. Granted I still have fog/driving lights, turn signals, headlight buckets, caster blocks, and new wheels to install. Hopefully I can get that all done wednesday.

 

LOL, I'll need some turn signal lenses, otherwise it'll be me crusing around with a cracked passenger side one lol.

I've got to install, chips and sub/amp. Nothing major a few hours of work.

A party would be great

 

mines been down more then three months now... I should get my stuff back next week (I hope) and get it together, so in a couple weeks I may have it all together and running. I bought LOTS of gifts for it!

Just thought I'd throw an update up, I get my car back tomorrow! Also got my new tires mounted up with my new CC Wheels.

 

Looking good. Well i'm getting pissed again. I get to work to find a voice mail from my body guy. He needs yet another ****ing part!!! grr.

Well maybe this is DC Automotive's fault. He says its a piece that goes between the inner fender and headlight assembly. I thought the peice I bought from DC Auto was a drop in replacement. Man I sure wish some things went my way.

Well guess its back to the drawing board sort to speak, gonna call dc auto and the body guy and raise hell tomorrow.

 

Well whoevers fault it was, I called Robert at DC auto and he hooked me up once again. Great guy! Part should be here tomorrow... wow another 5days before my cars finished. I might get lucky and have it saturday, but as it appears, my luck well its well below "E".

 

Got the last peice today, my roommate is taking it over in the morning

Finally my car will be finished next week!!!!!!!!
