Is cat-back routing the same on the 944 and 951?

Is cat-back routing the same on the 944 and 951?
Tubing size and muffler differences aside, would a 944 catback bolt up to a 951, provided it had the correct flange? Comments from experience would be *extremely* helpful. Thanks.
