I bought a Time-sert kit from a local industrial supply store. Was about $90 with the proper drill bits, taps and 5 inserts. The problem with using this on the caster-block bolts is that it's primarily meant for stripped threads. You need to be able to drill out the old hole, tape it for the insert and screw it in. A loose nut behind a panel doesn't lend itself too well to drilling and tapping.
