Yup, I've got a 87 Carrera too. I love it, the sound, the feel, everything everytime I sit in it and drive I feel like the car was made just for me, I don't know what it is but when they built them they "got it right" around town or on a twisty road the 911 is way more fun than the 951...but on the freeway or track the 951 is more fun...They both have there purpose.
