I think these are the wheels you are talking about...dont think they fit d/t 11" rear wheel. I could be wrong, but I know this was a test fit only: (These were off a C4S)

That looks stunning!
So you dont think either the turbo or the c4s wheels would fit or just not the turbo wheels? I belive the turbos are 8s in the front 11 in the rear. It seems like i have seen many 951s with tires atleast that wide. Any more pics would be great, and thanx for your help Sam.

Offset is the problem, not width. Those are 45mm offset. Definitely won't work on an 87. I tried. I don't think they were satisfied with fitment on 86 model in pics above either. I think those were sold/fitted by Ian(there was a thread about this topic).

86 only and you will need a small spacer to make the rear "look" right, however with a small spacer there is a fender clearance issue.

For what they cost just have some made for you by CCW or Fikse, HRE, Kinesis, etc.

I agree, I love the look. I just wish we could get a set to fit on the late off set cars. I think the 996 light weights are my next choice.

It's a much better idea to have all four wheels twist the same. People have enough difficulty with directional tires that can only rotate one way and/or staggered rims that fit on only one end of the car.

Can you image how much more a set of rims would cost to manufacture if each rim was unique to that corner of the car?

Or what a pain it is to rotate tires? You can't just rotate the wheel/tire from one side to the other, you need to unmount the tire and remount it on the other rim.

So you really have to ask the question, when has anyone looked at a 993TT or 996TT and said, hey those rims are rotating the wrong way?
