The PCV is built onto the oil filler
body. If you view down from the
top of the oil filler cap, you'll see
it

Positive Crankcase Ventilation. Our Air/Oil Separator does the job of the PCV, except there is no valve. It vents back into the intake as a closed system

The 1990 and 1991 951 had a valve on top of the oil filler, but the earlier models simply had the air/oil separator(oil filler) connected to the turbo intake, for suction.
