I am not aware of any sequence, although I always snug them all down before torquing to spec -- from the center out. The torque spec is 20Nm, which is 14 ft. lbs, according to the factory manual, and 15 ft. lbs. according to the tech spec book.

I installed the manifold this PM. I put in all the bolts and hand-tightend them to begin with. Then I torqued beginning with the center-most bolt and working gradually towards the extremeties.
