We should be ready to start today and I believe we have enough orders to get the x10 pricing. 9 for both and 3 for x-member only. I'm just waiting for the final ok from Lindsey and then we're good to go.

Ok, we're going ahead!

I'm jumping in on both parts, so we've got the 10 people necessary for the 20% discount price. There's no problem ordering now and sending the parts later. Lindsey will send you a reciept stating that everything is prepaid so when you send in your parts there is no confusion. Make sure to tell them this when you order. Also, the people interested in the crossmember only can get in at the same discounted price, but for them the discount is not extended to addition parts.

Everyone who is interested, please call Lindsey by next Friday - 7/30 and arrange your participation in the group buy. If you are sending your parts now, make sure to call first and set things up and then you can send your parts immediately. If you are not sending parts now, please call, give them your information, and let them know you're sending your parts later. Make sure to mention the "Rennlist Group Buy" on these parts to get in on the deal. If you're having problems, speak with Dave Lindsey. I set the group buy up with him.

I think I am going to go ahead and order the following on top of the x-over and x-member:

1. 3" exhaust coated
2. rod bearings
3. all exhaust gaskets and new hangers
4. intake gaskets
5. an oil pan gasket

Anything anyone can think of? Any hardware?

Grab their oil pan baffle kit if you haven't done it already, throw in vacuum lines if those aren't fresh, and if a clutch or front reseal is in your future, get their installation hardware kits for each job - they include everything, unlike most other "kits" out there.

Oh yeah, the baffle was on my list. Maybe I should just do the clutch while I'm in there...hmmm.

I've not been able to call during Lindsey's business hours - being on the other side of the world isn't helping. I did place an order online and e-mail them, hopefully they can use that info for my payment, saving me the call.
