It retails between $3 and $4 sq/ft, depending on the distributor, quantity, etc. I am really pleased with it so far...

What are those two dark machines in the middle of the back wall? Some sort of fancy parts washer? Maybe a spin balancer or a giant parts tumble polisher?

Funny, I put that up in 2004 when I redid the garage. At the time, you could buy a flat panel TV, but they cost and arm and leg -- they've really caught on since then...

Very nice Tom! I've always wanted to do something like that in my garage, but I need to get a LOT more organized first to pull it off. Great data point on the material - it still looks new! How nasty is it to clean if fluids get spilled - i.e. would oil go between the tiles and onto the floor (so I assume you'd have to lift the tiles to get everything soaked up)?

The only thing I can match you on is the 13" dinosaur TV... I keep looking for a cheap ~26" flat panel to replace it with, but they seem to cost as much as a ~32" units on sale. I have a feeling a 32" flat panel might attract undesireable elements to the garage, whereas nobody wants a 13" tube TV anymore.
