Default s100 chip investigation

my 951 has a crank angle problem. engine dies randomly.
and when no start, touch the speed and reference sensor flat cable pin of dme digital board and cranking, tacho bounce and engine runs.
and when wire harness is "Straight" engine run or not, when bent and put a dme on proper place, engine is never run.

ch1 is connected to s100 pin 8, ch2 is s100 pin 10, ch3 is reference senror(can't connect ground, so waveform is imperfect)

s100 pin 8 output is same width as speed sensor signal analog voltage. that function is maybe a normal vr conditioner.

and s100 Pin 10 output appears to originate from the reference sensor signal.

when engine not start, pin10 is keep going high or low and pin8 signal is good square wave.

maybe a flip flop inside s100 set from ref sensor signal and cpu counts speed signal and reset from s705 Through R152?

weather is so hot and wet, so I didn't spend enough time.
