Tried it, got no errors (I even disconnected the TPS to make sure it was connected right)

Any other suggestions?

I am suspecting the Cycling valve as well.......

I had a kink in the line to the KLR that was causing the same type of problems.... The car would run fine one time, and no boost the next.

Where in the line?
How did you fix it?

As soon as I receive the boost controller, I'll bypass the cv.

The line was bent just by the KLR. We straightened it out and checked the connections on the intake and the KLR. It seems to be perfect right now, but I have ordered a new line just in case.

possibly faulty knock sensor or throttle switch, if KLR gets no signal from these it defaults to v. low boost, very rich condition. Sounds like an electronic problem not a leak or other mechanical issue. You could disconnect or crimp off the line to the WG and see if the problem still exists, just be aware that there will be no boost regulation, watch the gauge and back off at the top.
