I'm not saying it's not the dyno, but if Ahmet's run was alright it doesn't seems right that the other two was not.

Ahmet's chart is just as screwed up as theirs. Are Streckfu and I the only ones who see's this?

All three charts have the same alighnment problems.

As stated by randy it is being looked into at the source (owner of the dyno)...

Once more is known we will get back to you, perhaps with new dyno graphs, or maybe just an explination.

Hopefully it's an easy fix such as the dyno software or operator error. Please let us know what you learn.

I hope BOTH the line and the numerical measurements are off. That car should be making at least 380 to the wheels with proper tuning. With enough boost, that car will make over 400 to the ground.

Really ?... so you think your torque figures measured on the dyno are going to be the same in every gear ?

Only in the respect that the dyno only records what it sees. Gearing and wheel/tire sizes will play a big roll how the car puts the power to the ground.

How do you tell by looking at the chart that ignition needs work?

I was actually referring to the max hp and tq numbers... Ahmet's numbers seemed correct, but some people seemed confident that the numbers of the Vitesse equipped cars were to low?

I'm not talking about the numbers, I'm talking about the charts. They do not correspond to the numbers.

I feel the peak numbers that are printed on the three dyno sheets are close to what the cars should be putting down.

Mine 330HP, 320 Ft/lbs (Stage II, hot day, poor IC cooling and 17psi)
Randy: 300hp, 300 ft/lbs (Stage II, 15.5psi, needs more tuning)
Ahmet: 270hp, 300 ft/lbs (k26/6, 18+ psi, guru chips)

All the charts reflect much lower numbers, but those peak numbers look to be close to what they should be given the conditions.....

I'm lead to believe the peak #s are the corrected values, while the charts show the actual recorded #s. I am looking into it still, and will have an update by mid wednesday at the latest.

Also, we have driven the cars too.... I am no expert, but my butt dyno tells me I am making in the neighborhood of 300/300 at the wheels... certainly not what the graph reads..

If you look at the very top right hand corner it states. Smoothing set to 0. Thats why you have edge's on the graph. If it was set to 5 you wouldn't see any edge's. Using the edge's helps in tuning. For instance. If you see edge's on the build up of TQ you would know that your not getting enough fuel. It could also help spot detonation before it's to late. The dyno was built to be a diagnostic tool before a meter for hp.

Usually when the dyno is SAE or STD corrected the graph would show The corrected numbers as well.
