Just bend the tab that would stick into the airfilter, that is what I ended up having to do. btw, my car will die if I let off the throttle and on the boost a bit and then push the clutch in. Not sure why, I guess I am having a similar problem as you. But I have goten used to it. The LR Maf rules!!!!!!!!!!

14.5-14.9 at idle, 14.7-15.2 on cruise, boost: 11.3-11.6 probably to start and end up 12.1-12.5 in the higher rpms...these are my figures. If the ratio starts getting into 12.7 or higher range on boost, time to add some fuel.

Since you have the capability to data log, take a friend and let them hit the screen buttons to do that. You can open up the file to a MS Excel spreadsheet and it will all go into columns for you, if you have MS Excel on your laptop.

Great looking engine compartment. The MAF tube hot wire; you may want to "experiment" with different locations..as I see it looks like it's around 9 o'clock. Try it at 10 thru 12 and see what your car does. Just loosen the clamps, try different positions - see how the idle is and check your A/F ratio. You might find a very smooth idle between 10 and 11...since the air is coming from a 45° angle, it is slightly turbulent but in the straight tube, that 10-12 position there is a point that it's smooth over the wire. That gets you a good resisitance reading, which will help all electronics do their job better. Honestly, I can not touch a thing on my electronics, chane the position of the "tube", it will change my idle and my ratio.
