how STONG are 951 rods?
how much horsepower can Shot peened 951 rods handle?
would they hold 500hp for a street car (not gonna be used on a track)?

The rods are not an issue to worry about, however you can get lighter ones (carrilo or pauter i think). The crank has an oil issue, it beats up the oil causing foaming, unless it is knife edged. That is it for the bottom end, unless your looking for an engine displacement increase.
