They both replace the front most undertray AKA "Batwing" in some Porsche circles.

good, it will be cheaper than getting just an undertray. and these cars look great with a splitter.

Anyone got numbers for the amount of downforce it would create? also the effects on areodynamics?

Our cars have a 0.33cd, what would this splitter do?

If you call John @ AIR, he'll probably still make you the deal. I called and told him I had about 3 people lined up, and he did the $200 deal for us. Get a quick head count and call him up. GOOD LUCK!

That is sort of an ambiguous question. The downforce potential for any splitter depends a lot on its construction and how its mounted. If the screws strip out or rip through the fiberglass under a 60lb load, the splitter is only beneficial up to that point.

I mounted my first AIR spitter using all of the hardware from the original batwing. It didn't make it through one track day. My new plan is to do a second one with some reinforcing aluminum and better hardware. Or I'll have my mechanic make a custom one from all metal

I'm probably in for another one. Mine held up to alot of abuse, dragging around on broken shocks, AutoX at a gokart track (it scraped EVERYWHERE due to my shot shocks.) It even took out a rabbit at 90mph. Quality product.

Hey Guys F.Y.I. I called John today and he said the Group Buy is over, but he can give us the PCA price of 10% off bringing it to $225 + $46 shipping to east coast... Is there enough people to start another one and bring it back down to $200?

Zack
