well, i was getting gas in the sentra (SER baby, lol) and the gas attendant asked me if i could pump premium instead of regular at first i thought no way, but he said they were running out of regular and the premium 92 octane was the same price as the regular $1.85. so i had to run home, which is about 2 miles and grab the 951 which was way low on gas. usually i make fun of people that wait in line for gas, but i only had to wait for one car, saved a few bucks i guess.

Just completed a 680 mi trip. Left Chico, Ca. this morning and paid $2.38 for premium 92 octane. Filled it in Grants Pass, Or. and paid $2.37. As I passed my local station here in Washington I see it's $2.37. I was suprised to see it was so close. Usually I find Northern Calif. is much higher. My daughter in Austin Tx. said she pays less than $2.00.

My wife was in Austin last week and Premium was over 2.00 for the first time in a LONG time. Austin is generally one of the cheapest cities in Texas. I was in Nashville and regular was 1.86 so I think 2.06 for Premium.

Our P-cars hold a lot of gas for a car their size!
My F-250 (14mpg) holds over 32 gallons... I stuck over $65 in it the other day. Adding insult to injury, all the damned pumps around here are seemingly programmed to let you pump only $50 before they shut off and make you start all over again.
Guess I cannot complain too much...my '77 F-250 only got 9mpg and had a 19-gallon factory tank (do the math!)...I installed an after-market 35-gallon aux tank eventually.

They did the same thing over here .. where preimum was the same price as Regular. Something about how regular and mid grade was contaminated with higher sulfur contents or something... .but anyway
I filled up the 951, and then filled up a 5 gallon gas can i had in the trunk

Wow, gas prices sure are getting high over there. I fill up my 951 for AED70, which is around USD18.50
more than half of what some of you are paying. And that is for 98 Super, we have 95 regular for $1.25/gallon

Mother F that!!! 120 bones to fill the tank? No way, I would walk. Has it always been that high? And by that I mean the price not the folks selling the fuel.
That is why I will never complain about gas prices. The way I see it 50 cents a gallon difference in a 21 gallon tank is only $10.50. Now I would rather spend that ten bucks on a pizza or something useful but it's not going to kill me compared to $8.30 a gallon.
