Mine has a leak, anyone got a spare set of headers lying around?

how did you identify the leak or was it that big to notice right away?

You can get cracked ones welded. These items are hard to find, for a good reason!

You can usually hear a leak, although it's not a LOT louder until it's really bad.

When can I expect mine to crack? any years succeptible to it or all of us,,,damnit I don't wanna shell out 700 for new sfr or b&b headers!!

I think they are all susceptible, the early cars without the bellows on 2/4 were really susceptible, but most of those have been replaced under a recall.

man I knew I shoud have picked up the cast iron headers Derrick from Huntely put on e bay when his company went under....snozer loser.

If you let your motor mounts get too bad, the sagging engine puts a twisting pressure on the manifolds since the crossover pipe is attached to
the wastegate which is bolted to the chassis. This caused my manifolds to crack really bad.

Check those motor mounts everyone...

Yeah its quite loud now... I think the crack is on the seam! so no welding here. What recall is it??? I may be able to get some free ones!

Bellows...2/4. If you've got them it's already been fixed.

No I dont have the fix, but its not a recall here either, only the fuel line is... anyone got a reference for me to make a case?

NZ, check on PET that LHD & RHD drive use the same part numbers for headers. I don't know but would have imagined that due to us having a steering column going through that area they may be different.
