Need a good block or short block for turbo

In otherwords bare late model block or complete Turbo short block.
I see some uglyness happening inside my cylinders and on the metalic drain plug. (Borescopes are wonderful unless they tell you things you don't want to know...) After only a few miles there are metalic deposits on the tops of the cylinders and a paste on the drain plug.
On top of that I need to get it smogged. I wonder if it will pass in this condition. Compression is about 115 -120 across.

In a previous thread I posted pictures of my borderline engine cylinders. The choice was made to install rings and see how long they would last knowing I would be building up another engine for time trials next year. Well, 3 months later and next year has arrived. Apparantly, I made a poor choice and will hopefully learn my lesson the first time. We'll see. Sometimes I'm pretty stubborn.
