PPI in ct
Hello everyone, my name is Chris and this is my first post. I have been visiting rennlist for several years and just became a member. I am in search for a 951, and have looked at a few. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get a ppi done in Connecticut. I live in New Haven, but am looking at a car in Greenwich and was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get a ppi in that area? Thank you in advance, and i am looking forward to beeing a memeber of this great community!

Sorry I can't help, but I just wanted to say I was in New Haven last week and that is a nice area. Pretty town.
Bump for someone that can help!

Ask Fast924s. He is from Guilford (I think) CT and would probably know a good place down on the shoreline. I grew up in Durham CT but always brought my car outside Hartford for any work.
Good Luck and send him a PM

Fairfield County Motorsport in Fairfield is an excellent place to start. They are experts in 951s. 203-256-9291

Good luck with the prospective purchase!

When I bought my 951, three years ago, the PO had all his service done at Pepe Motorsports in White Plains NY. The service manager was named Christopher Tokarz and he always handled the service personally. Turns out he had a white 944 like mine and missed it.
The PO reported that they would often get the feeling that the service was taking too long and attributed it to Mr. Torkarz love for the car. I phoned him before I bought the car and he actually recommended against a PPI for my car as he had so much personal experience he said it would be a waste of money.
White Plains is not far from Greenwich. You might see if he is still there. Coincidentally, I have this car for sale in the classifieds.
