I just bought the 2023 Rouge / Lindsey Racing MAF kit
Hello Porsche Friend's
I wanted to share that I recently acquired the LR MAF kit for my Rouge just last month through Dave, and I must say, the installation was a breeze, and it works perfectly.
Now, let's talk about the 2023 kit; it's been redesigned to be even more user-friendly. My ride is an '87 951 Street only with just 79k miles on the clock and impressive 140 compression across all cylinders. I've also got 6% leak down numbers. As for my setup, I'm rocking the dual-port wastegate with an MBC, set to a comfortable 15 psi boost. I've also installed the LR AFPR, maintaining a steady 44 psi. To top it off, I've got the KKK 27.8 Turbo with a FabSpeed full 3 exhaust system with 200 cell cat in there. The gas in my area is 93 oct.
The results? A smooth idle and seamless acceleration all the way to full boost. With my FQS set at 0, I'm getting 14.5 to 15 at idle and cruise, and a safe 12.0 at full boost in third and fourth gears. Considering the cooler DC temperatures at around 70 degrees, it's just right.
Now, for those scorching hot months, I'm planning to switch the FQS to #1. This setting gives me 11.8 at full boost and 14.5 to 14.7 during cruising. I tested this setup myself last week when the temperatures hit the 90s.
I had a chat with Dave at LR, and he mentioned that Josh is still actively involved in the continuous development and updates to his products. That's a big plus for me, and I couldn't be happier with how it's performing. Love it!

awesome to hear. Was hoping to get an a-tune to keep the afm but they are no longer available. My car is on custom autothority chips and could use some help. But I don't like the "maf look" engine bay.

Excellent feedback. I'm working to button up a few other items on my car before I get a MAF/MAP. Otherwise, my car is setup similar to yours!
I also wish they had a stealth kit available.....I love the look of the turbo airbox under the hood.

I have A-tune and it’s great. It’s odd that it’s not available anymore. To me it’s a great solution for those who have more of a stock setup or can’t afford to go full MAF.

Hey Guys,
I apologize, I miss understood Dave, Josh is no longer actively involved in the development of the LR MAF kit. Sorry about that.
