Special Tool,

click on my link above. That is a picture of my calipers on my K27 compressor. There is a chamfer on the ID that is the true ID of the inlet and the flange is quite thick there.

Yeah, the K27 has a 55mm ID and a 70mm OD. Ah so... NZ's turbo's a K27... crank up the boost then! You can easily get 350-360rwhp out of it! I've got one guy with a K27 at 370rwhp & 370lb•ft TQ at 20psi.

Interesting tidbid that may not be known is that the compressor on the K26/8 is actually larger than the K26/6. Common belief was that only the hotside was different between these two turbos. Yes, the turbine side (wheel & outlet) is obviously larger to the naked eye, but if you pull out the calipers, you'll find that the compressor wheel is larger and the ID on the inlet is a smidget larger as well.

Danno,

NZ's WAS a K27... that explained the 315 @ 15psi I guess. Have the 60-1 now. And I sold it already before I get anymore messages!

I was told 2.25 on a 26 so it's in fact a 2.0???

I measured close to 2 inches for my k26 inlet.
