Rough idle - fouled plug ??
I have been driving my 951 for a ouple weeks after it's winter sleep. This morning when I started it, it idled rough dipping low and then correcting. I started driving, taking it easy, keeping the revs low. As I came up to the stop sign at the end of the street and stopped, the idle dropped to zero and stalled. I started it and pulled over to the side of the road and let the car idle. It sounded awful and was belching alot of black smoke out the tail pipe. It did not respond very well to throttle input. So I thought I better get it home before it dies completely. I got it going and got the revs up. It sounded better. I pushed a little harder and by the time I got home, it idled like it should. I thine dorve to work without issue.
Could this have been just a fouled spark plug? Any other ideas?

It also might have been leaking injectors. If it happens again, either check pressure leakdown after shutoff with a gauge or remove the fuel rail/injector assembly from the intake manifold and cover the engine with a plastic tarp. Watch the spray while someone tries to start the car and watch for leaking after shutoff.
