Unhappy Help needed: Suspension Noise on Boost.

At 4th gear off-boost, Car cruises normally on smooth road. When boost comes on >3500 rpm, I could hear loud rattling noise coming from the driver's front.

Anyone with similar experience?

Besides that, when going over bumps or travelling on uneven ground, the front (driver's side only) suspension starts knocking..... "THUD THUD".

Koni M030 all round, ride height & hardness adjustable (front), 968 M030 Sway bars (F&R), Stock Torsion bar, Updated Castor mounts, spacers and 17" C2T wheels. Ball joints and sway bushings in good condition, new tie-rods, steer shaft and rack. BUT with very OLD Strut Mounts.

Advice needed. TIA.

Speaking of boost, what you holding these days? I had been toying around with .90 bar (spring pressure). That was pretty tame. I mucked around in the weekend and hit 1.3. Not tuned well enough to keep it there yet. I nearly wet myself. Huge difference!
