Hey I've got this really weird seagull sounding noise coming from my engine bay and it is just bizarre. It only does it while driving, and if you put the car in neutral and coast it stops making the noise. I have absolutely no clue what could be making this noise, any ideas? Here's a video of it happening

In all seriousness having heard most if not all 944 turbo noises and failure patterns this is one I don't recognize.

Does the noise speed up in frequency as you speed up?
