Hello- brand new member here, and owner of a 86 951. I bought a blaupunkt radio on eBay but has no code. Does anyone know how to retrieve the code with the serial number from the head unit? Tried googling it but was having a rough time finding a trusted retrieval website. They seemed fishy. I took the head unit to an audio shop to test. It powers on, but nothing shows on the LCD screen, not even the word code comes up. So I’m assuming I have two issues. 1) code retrieval issue, 2) broken LCD screen.

I cannot help you directly, but if you do not find an answer, Stefan at SW Stereo should be able to fix the unit, he has repaired numerous customer Blaupunkt and Becker units for my shop.
