HG rebuild kit - mystery parts
I'm ready to replace the head on my car, and the hg kit has been opened, and I'm matching all the parts. I have 4 metal rings that came with the kit that I cannot for the life of me find a home for.
They're smaller than the piston diameter, but significantly larger than the exhaust or intake ports. I looked through the PET and could find nothing resembling them.
Anyone have an idea of what these are?

Exhaust gaskets would be my guess. Our cars have metal o-rings where the cross-over pipe meets the headers, at the crossover where it meets the turbo, and where the turbo down pipe meets the exhaust.
